What is the difference between a prefixed increment and postfix increment?

    • #54093

The prefix increment operator adds one to its operand. This incremented value is utilized in the articulation to get the consequence of the articulation.

‘++a’ is called prefixed increment and the increment will happen first on a variable.

The postfix operator decrement by one and the decremented result is used in the expression to get the value of the expression.

The postfix operator decrement by one and the decremented result is utilized in the articulation to get the value of the expression.

‘a++’ is called postfix increment and the increment occurs after the estimation of a variable utilized for the tasks.
