Hello Jinal,
Follow this steps to Create the Reference Grids in Illustration:

Step 1
Select the Rectangle Tool (M) and create a square, and add color, then position it to the center of the Artboard using the Horizontal and Vertical Align Center options.

Step 2
Create another smaller square, and give some padding. Color the shape using white and then group the squares (Control + G) and create two more copies, distancing them from the original.
Lock layer after you finish, and then move on up to the next one, where we’ll start working on icon.
