1) A CSS rule consists of a set of style rules that are defined by the browser and then applied to the similar elements in the document.
2) CSS declaration is style attached to a particular selector
3) CSS rules have two main parts
(i) selector
(ii) declarationsFor Example: h1{color:red; font-size:19px;}
Here,
h1: Selector
{color:red; font-size:19px;}: DeclarationsNote: CSS declaration always ends with a semicolon.
