What is the difference between Typography, Calligraphy, and Hand-lettering?

Hand-lettering looks really similar to calligraphy. It is more like an illustration of letters.
Calligraphy is essentially a form of writing. It is done with some kind of nib that holds ink which spreads on the paper.
Typography is the way of setting type to create letters, words, and sentences on a piece of written text of any size or length.
