On Windows:
Open Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment Variables
Double Click on “Path”
Click on New
Add the platform tools path there. For me it was – C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\platform-tools
Another method is:
npm -g uninstall watchman // This method is required only the error pertains to watchman
