Its is possible  to create SVG icon  in Photoshop.

Yes, it is possible to create SVG icon in photoshop.
Follow these steps:
-Create your vector icon in Adobe Photoshop.
-Select the layout panel before exporting the path.
-Now export path for Adobe Illustrator.
-Go to file menu > export and give a path to Illustrator
-Click ok button and save the file. Finally, you have Illustrator file exported from Photoshop.
-Open a file in Illustrator.
-Select path in Illustrator using selection tool.
-Add fill in a path.
-Crop icon with Artboard tool.
-Save the file with help CTRL + Shift +S and select save as type SVG.
