– Live Reload
– Platforms Independence (Native)
– Short development time
– Less Hardware API access

Limitations:
– React is just a library, not a full-blown framework
– Coding gets complex as it uses inline templating
– The difficulty of JSX (JavaScript XML)
– Handling Complex UI and large Background Processing can be difficult for React native
