To use a pattern that you have created in Adobe Capture in Photoshop for Desktop go to Window-Libraries. In the Library Panel, choose the library that contains the pattern that you have created.

Select a pattern to create a Pattern Fill Layer and pick the Scale. Paint black on the Layer Mask to make the Pattern invisible in areas of the image. In this example, Use the Texture to create a Background behind a person.
