Convert a JPG file into a BMP file in Windows is very easy using the MS Paint.
Steps:
-Open file into Paint.
-Click on the File menu and then click Save As from the top navigation menu.
-Select the BMP file type from the drop-down box.
-Rename the file and Click the “Save” button. The JPG file is now converted to a BMP file.
