Below fields needs to be included in the good test case:

Test Case ID: Unique Test Case Identification Number

Module to be tested: Module name

Test Data: Test data required for executing the test case.

Test Steps: Detailed steps for test case execution.

Expected results: How the application should behave after executing the above testing steps.

Assumptions: If any

Result: Pass or Fail

Comments: Add Additional information like the screenshot, login credentials, for the developer to get the precise information for the developer.
