      Can someone explain the difference between a wireframe and a prototype?

      Hello,

      Wireframes only show necessary information and leaves out aesthetics (colors, logos, special UI feats., images—you’d use “X” placeholders when wireframing). Its the bare bones.

      Prototype is a visual representation of the product that the design team puts together. It illustrates the concept. Prototypes demonstrate functionality—again, this isnt exactly the finished look. It just gives detail & content to guide users on how you interact on user interface.

      Short version:

      Wireframe=sketchy-sketch.

      Prototype=clicky-click (how it works)

      Hope it helps 🙂
